Mr. K R Srinivasan was the President of TI Metal Formed Products Division (MPFD), a unit of Tube Investments of India Ltd. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with Honors from Regional Engineering College (REC), Trichy with specialization in Mechanical Engg., and a post graduate in Business Administration from University of Madras. He is a Fulbright Fellow in Leadership in Management from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA. He has over three decades of experience in various functions viz., sales, marketing, application engineering, product management, manufacturing and other plant operations, process reengineering, project management and information technology. Mr. Srinivasan started his career in Ashok Leyland working in different areas of sales & marketing for around 9 years. He joined TII in the year 1993 as Regional Sales Manager and he went on to become the all-India sales & marketing head. From there, he took to operations area as Manufacturing Plant – Head. Later, he moved into ERP implementation and handled various process areas like order management, customer service, manufacturing, supply chain planning etc. He was also the Corporate Head of Information Technology in TII and President of TI Metal Formed Products Division.

Mr. A. Venkatachalam is a graduate from Gallaudet University, Washington, D.C, U.S.A. He is currently a Director of Murugappa Water Technology and Solutions Private Limited and Murugappa Educational and Medical Foundation. He has rich experience in the industry.

Mr. Anantharamakrishnan Venkataramani, is currently the Chairman and Managing Director of IP Rings Limited, a leading light engineering company involved in the manufacture of Steel Piston Rings and near net shaped cold forged components. As a 3rd generation family member, he serves on the Board of the 2.4 Bill USD Amalgamations Group who are involved in the manufacture of Tractors, Diesel Engines and Auto Components. He leads the groups' investments in auto component manufacturing and distribution while providing strategic direction to the groups' new mobility initiatives. A Mechanical Engineer from the UK and an MBA from the University of Chicago, his achievements include negotiating JV agreements and setting up green field projects. He also serves on the Boards of companies like India Pistons, George Oakes, Amalgamations Repco and is an Independent Director on the Board of NTTF. He served as President of Madras Management Association (MMA), The Madras Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) and Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA).

Mr. Krishna Kumar is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of diverse industry experience, specializing in marketing and administration. He holds an MBA, which has equipped him with a solid foundation in business strategy and management principles, As an independent director, he brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to the boardroom. For more than 15 years, Mr. Kumar has successfully led Ramsays Corporation, where he implemented innovative marketing strategies and streamlined administrative processes, driving significant growth and enhancing operational efficiency, His leadership has been characterized by a commitment to excellence and a focus on fostering collaborative team environments.
